One of FromJump’s goals is to develop authentic leaders who also build that type of a culture. The first block in cementing this type of foundation is giving new managers a psychologically safe place to work, share, and grow. That’s why we aim to keep their responses and work confidential.
How can this platform be customized for our organization?
FromJump is already customizable by design because the user is in the driver’s seat of their own personalized journey. First, users get a custom journey based on whether they were newly hired into the organization or if they have been promoted from win. Then, they’ll seek out your organization’s strategic priorities, your company mission, your company values, etc. In addition, they’ll apply their learnings, answer questions, and analyze data as it pertains to your organization, their team, and themselves. While the action-oriented questions may appear general, the answers are specific to the new manager and your organization so no two journeys are the same. If branding is a priority, we are able to whitelabel the platform (for an additional fee).
